Quilted silk + velvet jacket

Quilted silk and velvet jacket by Linda Allard/Ellen Tracy. Velvet on front and sleeves, with a quilted silk back and waistband. Front button closure (when buttoned they are hidden by front silk plaquet) , two front chest pockets and drawstring at waist. Rope edge detail throughout. Fully lined.
