Outback Mermaid Skirt

Outback high low skirt with additional fabric at back for a flared mermaid/high low effect. Soft knit patterned fabric with elastic waist. Fabric has stretch. Slight discoloration on front of skirt near the knee area, priced gently due to its condition.
