Mexican 1950'sHand Painted Velvet Skirt

1950s hand pained Mexican full circle skirt. Featuring painted peacock feathers on velvet plus sequin detail. Banded waist, side zipper closure. Some of the velvet is coming off the waistband, not in perfect condition but she is over 70 years old! Amazing condition for her age, still wearble.
